One day, my coworkers and I decided to head out of the office to eat lunch (YAY!). We went to a place called The Counter known for their burgers.

There was an extremely large line waiting outside for lunch at around 12:30pm that day. It was full of business suits and working people out for lunch. They have a "Burger of the Month" and a "Shake of the Month" you can choose from in addition to a "Build Your Own Burger" menu. It reminded me of this place called Which Wich down South for sandwiches.

I made a burger with beef patty on a bun (1/3 lb), jalapeno jack cheese, dried cranberries, caramelized onions, mixed greens, grilled pineapples all on a honey wheat bun! It was the biggest burger I have ever seen cooked to my liking with sooo many toppings. I had to eat it with a fork.

Tip: Be sure to add a fried egg when you go..heard it's delicious.One of my coworkers ordered the Hamburger Salad so i thought I'd let you see it how it looked as well. You can do the exact same thing as in a bun, just in a salad...kind of like Chipotle and their burrito bowl.
