Lomo Arigato is one of the best food trucks out there. Not only because of the great food they serve, but also because the owner, Eric, is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

There's really only 3 dishes to choose from - Lomo Saltado (most popular), Tallarin Saltado (noodles), and Chaufa (fried rice). Everything costs $7 and they only accept cash (like most food trucks) but their portions are very generous so you'll definitely be stuffed by the time you finish.

They also sell Inca Cola which kind of tastes like..caffeinated bubble gum :)

I dont' know what's in it, but the green sauce pretty much makes all the dishes (the sauce comes with all 3 dishes). I personally prefer the Chaufa only because I don't like the soggy fries in the Lomo Saltado and I don't really prefer noodles. However, if it's your first time, you should get the Lomo Saltado for sure.
